Body Consciousness

Body Consciousness was all about growing our connection with our bodies. It gave us the opportunity to explore our authentic body experiences through various somatic and cultural modalities, viewing the body, senses/breath, mind, spirit through different lenses. It included many meditation styles and movement practices geared towards promoting creativity, balance, relaxation, self-expression, spiritual growth, and life enrichment.
